Ellen Goldhar has been fascinated by meta/quantum physics and spirituality since she can remember. Growing up with parents who encouraged her to realize the power of her own thoughts, to be playful, light and joyful and to contemplate universal and energetic principles, helped shape her into the inspiring and successful life coach, speaker and teacher she is today.
Ellen began learning about universal principles such as Law of Attraction at the tender age of 7; and has had a life coach of her own since she was 17!
As a self-proclaimed "experience junkie" Ellen uses every opportunity in life to help her learn and grow spiritually and emotionally. She prides herself on her ability to challenge the system and says she’s never been one to use a front door approach to life, but prefers to show people where there is a back door, side door, window or even a crack.
All of Ellen's successes as a coach, teacher, facilitator and leader have come from her ability to first achieve happiness and fulfillment in her own life. In short, she speaks from self.
Ellen's high-energy, compassion and genuine desire to help others makes her a fabulous coach and an inspiration to everyone she meets.
Some of Ellen’s recent accomplishments include:

"The messages may not be new but the practice of them will be!"
